Map : A13 is the toll highway to Normandy from Paris Porte d'Auteuil (price 2.5 €) - take direction ROUEN then exit at VERNON / GIVERNY / BONNIERES
you can also take A14 from Paris Porte Maillot (price 8€ at peak hours) that joins A13 (you will also have to pay A13) - same direction and exit
